The 2023 CHN is Brash Higgins’ take on old-vine Chenin Blanc from the deep white sands of Blewitt Springs—a wine that’s all texture, mineral charm, and savoury depth.

Sourced from the Willamba Hill vineyard, where 30+ year-old vines thrive on ironstone and clay beneath a south-facing slope, this is a wine that speaks of place. The fruit was hand-picked, wild fermented in neutral French barriques with full solids, and left on lees for 12 months without a single racking.

It’s a layered white with grip and finesse—think salted lemon, lanolin, grilled nuts, and a gentle waxy note that builds with air. There’s no oak showiness here, just pure, unfiltered texture and a salty, briny edge that makes it incredibly food-friendly.
