From old-vine Pinot Noir planted behind the Château itself (Champ Derrière), this wine showcases the elegance and structure of Chassagne-Montrachet red Burgundy. The 55–75-year-old vines grow on deep clay-limestone soils that naturally retain moisture — a real advantage in today’s warmer vintages.

Hand-picked and fully destemmed, the wine is fermented in open wooden vats before maturing 12 months in French oak (25% new). Supple and refined, it reflects the depth and freshness that define the best Burgundy Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune
