Bader Mimeur Chassagne Montrachet Blanc Les Houilleres 2020

From the prized Les Houillères lieu-dit, located just 150 metres from Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru on the Puligny border, this wine captures the tension and depth that define great Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay. The 60-year-old vines are worked by horse and grassed between rows to promote soil vitality and balance.
Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in French oak (20% new) for 12 months, it shows a harmonious mix of texture and finesse — a classic expression of white Burgundy with real vineyard character.
