Artemis The Crux Pinot Grigio 2019

The Pinot Grigio grapes were hand harvested all parcels of grapes were whole bunch pressed with minimum SO2. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel and in 15% new Kadar oak barriques and Francois Frere hogsheads. The barriques were lees stirred every two weeks. The wine was left on lees for 12 months in stainless steel.
