Anne Sophie Dubois Fluerie Labourons 2020

Les Labourons is a selection of the best fruit from the old vine parcel of Les Labourons. In 2017 once she received the nod that her Domaine would be certified organic from 2019 she wanted to rename the wine and have a new label drawn to showcase the lieu dit itself and the next chapter in the Domaine’s history. In 2018 the yields are eye wateringly low, just 20 hl/ha.  Partial whole cluster fermentation. Aged for 10 months in seasoned oak cask. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
