Alo ‘Vert Imperial’ Picpoul Roussanne Vin de France 2024

An inspired blend of Picpoul and Roussanne from vineyards near Pézenas, just 30km from the Mediterranean coast. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for six months, it captures both freshness and texture. Aromas of white flowers, lemon zest and apricot leap from the glass, while the palate is bright and saline with a gentle creaminess. Ideal with seafood, salads or soft cheeses.
