HIGH% OF DRIED GRAPES – Marion uses 30% dried grapes even in the Superiore and the Teroldego (100% in the Amarone). It’s important to note this is not Ripassa as they dry grapes specifically for each cuvee. This is very special considering the painstaking process of drying the grapes.
