Vignoble des 2 Lunes, based in Wettolsheim deep in the heart of Alsace is the Buecher family’s seventh‐generation winery. The sisters Amélie and Cécile Buecher, who took the reins in 2009, weave tradition with innovation across their 14 hectares of family owned vineyards. Fully Demeter certified since 2007, the estate follows biodynamic practices, from lunar pruning to horse‐ploughing, focusing on purity & terroir. Vignoble des 2 lunes, ‘vineyard of the two moons’, a nod to their commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture.

The wines are simply delicious with less than 1 gram residual in both wines offering typicity from Alsace but reflecting the current demand for textured, dry, aromatic whites.
