CHATEAU LIVERSAN CRU BOURGEOIS
2016 was a blend 46 % Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc et 5% Petit Verdot. Fermented in a combination of open top concrete vats and stainless steel fermenters. Elevage in 70% French barrique (mix of new and one year old barrels) and 30% tank for 12 to 14 months.
